On-the-Job Training
Our On-the-Job Training programs blend classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and industry-specific training to equip participants for real-world success. Through partnerships with inclusive employers, individuals gain valuable workplace experience while building the skills needed for sustainable careers. We also provide customized employment and one-on-one coaching to help participants set career goals, stay motivated, and access opportunities that align with their strengths, interests, and support needs.
Financial Literacy
Provide financial literacy training tailored to helping individuals with disabilities build skills in budgeting, banking, credit management, and saving.
Training is accessible, personalized and focused on promoting independence and informed financial decision-making.
